Carolin Locher works with Cleero on selected legal matters as an independent cooperation partner. She is neither an owner nor an employee of Cleero. Legal advice is provided only under a separate engagement directly with Carolin Locher.
Carolin independently decides whether to accept a legal matter and defines its scope.
Legal services are not sold through Cleero or billed jointly with Cleero services.
Cleero has no access to legal files without the client’s explicit instruction.
Confidentiality, conflict checks, liability and legal assessment remain with Carolin.

Working model
Achilleas coordinates Cleero services only. Where an individual legal assessment is needed and the client requests it, Cleero may introduce Carolin. Carolin independently decides on the engagement, scope and legal assessment; a Cleero engagement never creates a legal mandate automatically.
